You can choose the website or the Sun PhuQuoc Airways app to complete the online procedures.
Check-in on the Website
Step 1: Visit the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website and select “Check-in”.
Step 2: Enter your booking reference (PNR) and passenger's last name.
Step 3: Select the passengers and flight to check in.
Step 4: Read and confirm the regulations displayed on the system.
Step 5: Complete the check-in and save your electronic boarding pass.
Check-in on the App
Open the Sun PhuQuoc Airways app and proceed as follows:
Step 1: Enter your booking reference (PNR) and passenger's last name.
Step 2: Select your flight and follow the instructions to check in.
Step 3: After checking in, passengers can select the “Biometric Link” feature if supported.
Step 4: Enter your Citizen ID number and perform facial authentication as guided on the app.
Step 5: Once linked successfully, the boarding pass will display the biometric link status.
What to do at the airport after online check-in?
Whether you need to visit the counter depends on your luggage and support requirements.
No Checked Baggage
Online check-in → Save electronic boarding pass → Security check → Boarding gate
Passengers without checked baggage can use their electronic boarding pass to pass through security and proceed directly to the boarding gate.
With Checked Baggage
Online check-in → Save boarding pass → Go to Sun PhuQuoc Airways counter → Process baggage
If you have checked baggage, you still need to visit the Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter to process your luggage.

Online check-in does not apply to certain special cases, including:

Passengers traveling with infants under 02 years old.
Pregnant women.
Passengers with multiple different e-tickets for the same itinerary under one booking reference.
Note on the number of passengers
Each online check-in session can accommodate a maximum of 9 passengers under the same booking reference.
If there are more than 9 passengers in the booking reference, you must check in each group of passengers separately.
